Returns and Refunds Policy
This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases made at The Cloths Barn.
Eligibility for Returns
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within seven (7) days of purchase or delivery
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging intact
- Proof of purchase provided (receipt or order confirmation)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Underwear or intimate apparel
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@theclothsbarn.com
- Provide your order number or receipt and reason for return
- Await return authorization and instructions
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
- Refund processing time is 5–10 business days
- Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for size or colour, subject to product availability.
