Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases made at The Cloths Barn.

Eligibility for Returns

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within seven (7) days of purchase or delivery
  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase provided (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Underwear or intimate apparel
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@theclothsbarn.com
  2. Provide your order number or receipt and reason for return
  3. Await return authorization and instructions

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
  • Refund processing time is 5–10 business days
  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for size or colour, subject to product availability.
